Nice single appartment in Max-Kade Haus Göttingen

Hey everyone!

Due to an internship, I need to leave Göttingen for 6 months (1st of July 2016 to 31st December 2016) and therefore I need to sublease my room in Göttingen.


--------------------------------------About the room:--------------------------------------

--The room is located in a Studentenwohnheim (therefore part of Studentenwerk).
--It has its own bathroom with shower and WC and a big wall mirror.
--The room is already furnished, as I was living here, and will be coming back ;) It has everything you need: single bed, wardrobe, desk, a table with chair, a small sofa, and TV.
--The apartment is very well lit, it has two big windows, with a wonderful view to the neighbour's house.
--We have a Clubroom (we use it as party room), as well as Drinks Tutor, Bike Tutor, Bike basement, and sometimes we have parties in summer :)

--The kitchen is shared. You will share it with 13 other people in the floor (Don't worry though, it's quite big and clean). A cleaning lady comes every Wednesday morning, though every flatmate has kitchen duty every now and then for a week, which involves cleaning a bit and taking the trash out (there's a schedule).
--Internet is included in the rent, and though we have WLAN, it's better to bring your own wireless router, as the signal here kinda sucks and I will be taking mine with me. Otherwise you can use an ethernet cable.

--------------------------------------Requirements:--------------------------------------

--You must be an enrolled student (as per required by the Studentenwerk) in one of the study facilities of Uni-Göttingen / HAWK / or the Private Fachhochschulen Göttingen.
--The room can only be sub leased for the complete period (1st July - 31st December). You can move in later, but you have to pay for the full month(s).
--You must take good care of the room! ;) be clean, and behave well. Oh, and only one person can live in the room.

Tell me a bit about you (not necessarily long), like where are you from, what will you do in Göttingen, what do you study, age, etc. and I'll try to answer as soon as possible to arrange a visit. FB profiles would also be nice to get a clearer idea of you :) though not a requirement.
