I am looking for a tenant for my nice furnished one-room flat. It will be available on March the 1st 2018. The flat is in Weende (Philipp-Reis Strasse). It is located ideally in the supermarket area, washing rooms, fast food restaurants, many bus stops, close by walking to the Uniklinikum and University Campus.

Fifteen minutes by walking to the city center, five by cycling. Parking for car and bike included and available. It is possible to rent the parking lot.

The flat is well illuminated with a nice view, the area is very quiet, located on the 4th floor. It has all the necessary conditions for a nice student life in Göttingen. It has a wardrobe, bathroom and a renewed kitchen (refrigerator, stove).
