Einzelzimmer in Südlage zur Untervermietung

Hello! I am looking for someone to rent my lovely single room apartment in the Lutterterrasse dorm in the north campus. I have a south facing window overlooking the fields and garden, so you get lots of wonderful light throughout the day and a great view, including birds, rabbits, and sometimes foxes! The window sill is home to my plants, which will accompany you during your stay in my apartment and will need you to water them once a week in exchange for a discount in your rent payment. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is fully furnished including a desk, bed, two chairs, and kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, forks, plates etc. There is a laundry room on the ground floor that you pay using a student card. You can also book the common room to host dinners and parties. It’s a really great event space! The building is non-smoking and does not allow dogs or cats as pets.

The building is in the north campus where all the science buildings, such as physics and forestry, are located. It is a five minute walk to the bus station, the north campus Mensa (Lunch Box), and the beautiful experimental botanic garden. It is also very close to nearby hiking trails and the forest botanic garden!

The rent is 330 euros including all utilities and internet and is available from November 2 through February 21. The rent is normally 350, but since you will be taking care of my plants I have reduced the rate. I will return to Göttingen on October 20 after which you can take a look at the room.

Because the dorm is through Studentenwerk you must be a student to live here.

Hallo! Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der meine schöne Einzelzimmerwohnung im Wohnheim Lutterterrasse auf dem Nordcampus mietet. Ich habe ein nach Süden ausgerichtetes Fenster mit Blick auf die Felder und den Garten, so dass Sie viele wunderbare Licht den ganzen Tag und eine tolle Aussicht, einschließlich Vögel, Kaninchen und manchmal Füchse zu bekommen! Auf der Fensterbank stehen meine Pflanzen, die dich während deines Aufenthalts in meiner Wohnung begleiten werden und die du einmal pro Woche gießen musst - dafür bekommst du einen Rabatt auf deine Mietzahlung. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad und ist komplett möbliert, einschließlich Schreibtisch, Bett, zwei Stühle und Küchenutensilien wie Töpfe, Pfannen, Gabeln, Teller usw. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Waschküche, die Sie mit einem Studentenausweis bezahlen. Sie können den Gemeinschaftsraum auch für Abendessen und Partys buchen. Es ist ein wirklich toller Veranstaltungsraum! Das Gebäude ist ein Nichtraucherhaus und erlaubt keine Hunde oder Katzen als Haustiere.

Das Gebäude befindet sich auf dem Nordcampus, wo sich alle naturwissenschaftlichen Gebäude, wie Physik und Forstwirtschaft, befinden. Der Busbahnhof, die Mensa auf dem Nordcampus (Lunch Box) und der wunderschöne botanische Versuchsgarten sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Wanderwege und der Forstbotanische Garten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe!

Die Miete beträgt 330 Euro warm inklusive Internet und ist vom 2. November bis zum 21. Februar verfügbar. Normalerweise beträgt die Miete 350 Euro, aber da ihr euch um meine Pflanzen kümmert, habe ich den Preis reduziert. Ich werde am 20. Oktober nach Göttingen zurückkehren, danach können Sie sich das Zimmer ansehen.
