Looking for an Accomodation near Hermann-rein Straße

My name is Pragya Chitkara, and i have a keen interest in renting a single room flat near Hermann-rein Straße. I am 24 years old and am currently living in India. From the first of August, i will be pursuing my Ph.D. at the Max planck institute in University of Göttingen, which is why i am looking for a new home in Göttingen.
I would be a perfect tenant becuase, even though I enjoy socialising, I like my home to be a noise free zone where I can enjoy some calm and quiet.
I love organising things and keep my surroundings clean. I love cooking and observing nature in my free time. I am a non-smoker, do noy have any pets and will make sure that the property is always kept clean and well cared for. I will have no difficulty in following the terms of my tenancy agreement because I am a responsible person.
I am looking for a stable tenancy and hope that my application will be accepted.
