The 1-room apartment on the 1st floor has a room of approx. 20m², located directly behind the front door, which represents the living room and bed room. Right next to it is - without separation through a door - a small fitted kitchen, which is equipted with a small fridge and the stuffs for cooking and baking. Behind her is a small bathroom with toilet and shower. The windows (2 windows in the living room and one in the kitchen) go out to the street as well as to the south side. It is 5 minutes. on foot to the spiritual science Steintor campus and just under 10 min. to the main campus. A 24h Edeka is 3 min. walk away and NP and Penny are even closer. It takes 3 min. to public transport and 10 min. to Marktplatz. Bars and pubs are in the immediate vicinity as a nightlife.
I would like to find a new tenant soon. I prefer to move out on 9th October, 2019. A presentation at the landlord will not be necessary.
