The apartment is 1 room apartment with balcony and located in the second floor which is the last floor as well. There is a basement where you have your own space.

The location of the apartment is perfect, directly in the center (Marktplatz), very close to everything and everywhere, please check the address (Große steinstraße 9) then you will see what I mean :) There is a big backyard as well. Tram road is passing in front of the house.
* The apartment has everything which you would need;
Kitchen is already settled and has refrigerator, cupboards and electrical stove in itself.
There is a washing machine and cupboard in the bathroom, I will leave them to you..
There is a kettle, microwave, electrical oven, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery set, closed wooden wardrobe, shoe closet, mantel rack, study table, bookcase, double-bed, bed-side lamp, dinner table with six chairs, floor lamp, armchair, coffee table, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing table. And there is a table with 2 chairs in the balcony. And I will leave these whole things to you for a very cheap price.. So you can just come with your luggage :)
The cold rent is 215 euro/month + heizkosten+ betriebskosten, so you will pay 295 euro/month to the renting company. Plus, electricity is 32 euro + 35 euro internet. I have a very good internet connection, never experienced a problem with connection, you can directly take over.
