Hello dear interested parties (😉😄 ). Since I have to move out soon, I am looking for a new tenant for my 25m² single apartment.
Attention: All inclusive for only 329 € (warm rent). No utilities for electricity, water, internet, etc.
This simple but comfortable room has a private bathroom with a shower and a modern kitchenette (kitchen cabinets, fridge freezer, electric stove).
All the others belong to me, but they are up for takeover for an affordable price (😉 we can discuss this in peace), because I can't take them with me anyway.
Of course, the apartment also has central heating to keep you warm in winter. As you can see in the photos, this bright room is laid out with laminate flooring, which is very easy to wipe off. A two-door window also ensures you get enough sunshine and refreshing air. Nowadays, life without the Internet is hard to imagine, so there is excellent Wi-Fi here that has helped me a lot with online learning and movie bingings😉. I don't own a TV, but there is already a TV connection.
On the ground floor, there is not only the bicycle cellar but also your mailbox, a pair of washing machines and dryers (only a few euros).
There is also an elevator in the house. My room itself is located on the 7th floor of 13 floors, so right in the middle, not too high. If you like sports, you can also use the emergency staircase.
What I also find super great is the large number of shopping facilities. Nearby are Netto (140m), Kaufland (400m), Edeka (450m), Penny (450m), a Turkish shop called Orienta (450m), Aldi, Real, Rewe, Lidl, Svetofor, dm (450m) and even Rossmann. All are within walking distance. Netto is actually right next to the apartment. What is also right in front of the apartment is the bus stop. The tram stop is only 600m (about 8 minutes walk) away. The Neustadt Centrum shopping centre is also within walking distance. In it you will find everything you need for everyday life. Aldi, Real and Rossmann are actually in there.
The minimum rental period is 1 year, i.e. from 01.10.2022 to 30.09.2023.
In addition, there is a one-time service fee of 50€. The information about this can be found in the contract. You can also learn more about it from the caretaker.
In case of technical problems, you can simply contact the helpful caretaker Mr Richert. He is simply the best and always comes to the rescue.
Another important piece of information: this apartment is rented exclusively to students, trainees, interns and language students.
You can also simply apply to the caretaker for a confirmation of the landlord for registration at the Citizen Service Centre.
