Untermiete: 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Hamburg Eilbek

Ich suche eine:n Untermieter:in für meine Wohnung in Hamburg Eilbek vom 01.03.2024 bis 30.06.2024.
Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist 25 qm groß, liegt im 1. OG und hat eine kleine separate Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Sie ist voll möbliert. Gegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs wie Geschirr oder Putzutensilien sind natürlich auch vorhanden.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die U1 Station Ritterstraße liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß weg und die nächste S-Bahn (Wandsbeker Chaussee) ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Man ist also überall in Hamburg fix am Ziel. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt.
Die Wandsbeker Chaussee ist eine große belebte Straße, die Wohnung liegt aber zum Hinterhof und es ist sehr ruhig.

I am subletting my flat from March 1st 2024 to June 30th 2024.
The one-room apartment is 25 sqm in size, located on the first floor and has a separate small kitchen with a washing machine, as well as a bathroom with a bath tub. The flat comes fully furnished. Some essentials like cleaning items and dishes are provided.
The location is very central: the U1 station Ritterstraße is right at the front door, the closest bus stop is a 4 minute walk and the closest S-Bahn station Wandsbeker Chaussee is roughly a 10 minute walk. You can get around in Hamburg really quickly and conveniently. The closest supermarket is also only a 3 minute walk.
Wandsbeker Chaussee is a big and busy street, the flat, however is located at the back of the house so it is really quiet.
