The apartment consists of 2 rooms. The apartment has been completely renovated. Bathroom, window, floor, balcony, kitchen have been renewed.
Since I am moving to another city for professional reasons, I will not be in Hamburg during this period, possibly longer possible, and would like to release the apartment for interim rent during this period. Period may vary by a few days. Gladly by arrangement. Maybe I will be in my room for a few days during this period but that can still be discussed.
In the large room is your bed, the dining table and TV. The balcony is also there. In the small room there is also a bed. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, which can of course be used. W-Lan is of course also available.

You should know that the apartment is not intended for parties. You should please be reasonable and pay close attention to cleanliness. You get a new renovated and refurbished apartment. I will give you the apartment in a very clean condition. So I wish the apartment back again.
