I would like to rent my room. I will not be back so I'm looking for someone for a fairly long period ready to make a new contract. The least time for the contract is 6 months. You need to be enrolled as a student to get the room. The place is perfect for TUHH student !
The kitchen is to share with 8 people and the bathroom with one other person. All of us are nice and good to live with.
As I'm moving back home, I'm selling my stuff with it and I guess you will need it as there is no matress included.
