Ich suche einen Mieter, der diese Wohnung übernimmt oder 3 Monate vorübergehend darin wohnt. Diese Wohnung wurde erst 2017 renoviert. Sie ist mit Küche und Bad ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Keller zur Verfügung.

Ort
Direkt gegenüber dem Harburger Hauptbahnhof und dem S-Bahnhof. Es dauert 15 Minuten mit dem Bus nach TUHH, die Bushaltestelle erreichen Sie in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt neben dem Gebäude (Phoenix Center) befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum zum Einkaufen. Es ist auch ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Zusatz
Die Wohnung wird nur an Studenten vermietet, die Miete beinhaltet alles. Die Verwaltungsgebühr muss bei Vertragsunterzeichnung mit dem Unternehmen bezahlt werden (ca. 200 Euro).

Sie können es entweder für 3 Monate mieten (die Miete erhöht sich um 10%) oder direkt die Wohnung nehmen und den Vertrag mit der Firma Vivo Phoenix seufzen.

I am looking for a tenant who will take over this apartment or live in it temporarily for 3 months. This apartment just renewed in 2017. It is furnished with kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine and drying machine are available in the basement.

Location
Directly opposite the Harburg Hauptbahnhof and S Bahn station. It takes 15 min to TUHH by Bus, the bus station can be reached in 5 min by walking.
There's a mall right next to the building (Phoenix Center) for shopping. It is also about 5 minutes walk.

Addition
The apartment will be rented only to students, the rent is inclusive of everything. The adminitration fee has to be paid (about 200 euro) when you sign the contract with the company.

You can either rent it for 3 months (the rent will increase for 10%) or directly take the apartment and sigh the contract with the Vivo Phoenix company.
