- You must be able to prove you are a student by uploading your Matriculation Certificate (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) indicating your student status for the duration of your stay

I am renting my place while I do a study abroad semester in the Netherlands. I am looking for someone who will commit to these dates and can help keep the place in good condition (and the plants alive) while I’m gone. It’s a cosy, quiet apartment on the ground floor where you have complete privacy. After your 5 months here it would become possible for you to request another apartment directly from the Hausmeister if you so desire (subject to availability.)
