Zimmer in Studentenwohnheim

Hello,

I'll spend Christmas time in my home land, so I'd like to offer my room the last 10 days in December for whoever feels interested.

It's ideal for one young man or lady tourist or visitor to Hamburg.

No worry about water, electricity, sanitation or Internet costs.

The dormitory is located in ideal calm area, and most of the tenants are young doctors and medical students.

The dormitory has its own bar, sport hall, garden, washing machine, parking area for bicycle and cars.

The room is separate in a corridor of 21 rooms for 21 students, there are one shared kitchen with all needed appliances and 4 toilets with showers.

The nearest bus station is Behrmannplatz and Siemersplatz

And the nearest Underground station (U-Bahn) is Hagenbecks Tierpark, which is the biggest Zoo in the city of Hamburg.

There is also a StadtRAD station for public bicycles in the nearby.

The room has the option of cable TV and telephone, but I don't use or have either.

There is personal washbasin, bed for one person, chair, desk, large wall shelves, big wardrobe and big window.

No meals provided, and there are supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Rewe) at 5-6 minute walking distance

The price is negotiable and my main concern is give you a happy stay in the beautiful Hamburg.
