Modern studio apartment overlooking the park and a french balcony. It is located on the 1st floor (out of 2) of an apartment building (1964 year of construction). The biggest advantage of the flat – south overlooking windows, so you will never miss the sun, it will always shine throughout the whole day in the big windows.
You can find a parquet floor in the apartment. Sleeping and living area with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200), a large wardrobe, a dining area for 2 persons, a small desk for studies/work and a flat screen TV with satellite connection. Separate small kitchen with a electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, small fridge and further cooking and eating utilities. Сutlery, crockery and linen are provided. For instance some photos are provided.
White tiled full bath is quite comfortable and warm. The coin-washing machine is situated in the basement (0,5 EUR/ 20 minutes). There is also an oportunity to make up an internet eccess (I will take mine with me).
This apartment will be available from the middle of February (we can discuss the exact date).
The offered quite and cozy apartment (32 m2) is situated in the nice green northern district of Hamburg – Niendorf, only 6 minutes away from the U-2 subway station Joachim-Mähl-Straße (by foot without hurry). All shops, restaurants, big shopping center and other living facilities are situated at the neighbor station – Niendorf Markt (small local center where you can find almost everything). It takes 20 minutes to get to Jungfernstieg by train, which comes every 10 minutes. In general it takes 50 minutes from door to door to get from the apartment to the Hafen-City University (it could be 45 if you do not miss the train while changing from U2 to U4 on Jungfernstieg).
