Süße DG-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete auf St. Pauli frei

Gemütliche, helle und vollständig möblierte 1 Zimmer-Dachgeschoss-Wohnung über den Dächern Hamburgs in Schanzen- und St. Pauli-Nähe für den oben genannten Zeitraum an zuverlässige, saubere, ruhige & leider NUR WEIBLICHE (Vorlage der Stiftung - sorry, guys) Person zu vermieten.

Die Wohnung ist 35 qm groß und hat viele Fenster und ist somit sehr hell. Sie ist relativ hellhörig - du hast jedoch nur eine angrenzende Nachbarin. Aber deswegen suche ich jemanden, der alleine einzieht und ruhig ist und der weiß wie man verantwortungsvoll mit den Dingen anderer umgeht und der nicht unbedingt zum Party machen nach Hamburg kommt (bzw. nicht in meiner Wohnung :-). Gerne auch jemand höheren Alters, auch weil bei uns auf der Etage eher so Frauen um die 40/50 wohnen, aber das ist natürlich kein Ausschlusskritierium.

Das 22 qm-große Zimmer unterteilt sich durch eine Schiebetür in Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Zusätzlich gibt es eine separate Küche mit Tisch zum Sitzen, einen kleinen Flur mit Kleiderschrank und Kommode sowie ein Bad mit Dusche (siehe Fotos).

Da ich einige meiner Dinge in der Wohnung lasse, hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von einer Wohnungsmiete von Dir!

Comfortable, bright, fully furnished and quiet 1 room attic apartment above the roofs of Hamburg near Schanzen and St. Pauli for rent for the above mentioned period to reliable, clean, quiet & unfortunately ONLY FEMALE (submission of foundation - sorry, guys) person.

The apartment is 35 sqm and has many windows and is therefore very bright. It is relatively noisy - but you have only one adjacent neighbor. But that's why I'm looking for someone who moves in alone and is quiet and who knows how to responsibly deal with the things of others and who does not necessarily come to Hamburg to party (or not in my apartment :-). Gladly also someone of higher age, also because with us on the floor rather so women around the 40/50 live.

The 22 square meter room is divided by a sliding door into living and sleeping area. In addition, there is a separate kitchen with a table to sit on, a small hallway with a closet and dresser, and a bathroom with a shower (see photos).

Since I leave some of my things in the apartment, I would like a deposit of one apartment rent from you!
