This one-room apartment was 8 months ago completely refurbished, and can now be your new home. I'm looking for someone to transfer the contract; therefore, an unlimited contract will be signed.
Included: Washing machine with dryer and a dishwasher.
Although the apartment is not huge, there are plenty of cabinets to store things.
The balcony will be soon renewed and can't be currently used. For that, there's a reduction in the rent.
The view is to the yard, and although the apartment is in St. Pauli, no noises can be heard. Even the street is relatively quiet.
There's also a Plissee for the big window.
All furniture belongs to me, and in case you liked my taste, we can get a price on them.
Walking distance:
- 7 minutes to S Reeperbahn
- 7 minutes to Neuer Pferdemarkt (Linie 3)
- 1 minute to the grocery shop (Edeka)
- 2 minutes to a StadtRad station
By bike:
