Hello, I want to move out from my current studio apartment at the end of August as I am going to Frankfurt for a 3 month internship. My current contract runs until the end of September. Hence, it would be great if someone would like to takeover my studio apartment from the 1st of September for long term (atleast 6 months).
The current warm rent is 806 euros (around 24 sq. metres) and is for students (PhD students included) and work trainees only. It is from the Yugo Navale company and is located at Hammer Strasse 10, Wandsbek.
The S and U bahn are at a 2 min walking distance from the apartment. REWE, Decathlon, DM, some bank offices, restaurants are all just less than 5 mins by foot.
My apartment is located on the ground floor just across the Wandsbeker Chaussee train station. If you want, we can also arrange a viewing appointment. I have attached a few pics below.
