My landlord will only allow a student subtenant.
The EUR 600 figure includes internet, water, electricity, heating, water heating and all other costs relating to the functioning of the building and its maintenance.

Our written subtenancy agreement needs to be approved by my landlord before I can countersign it, meaning a couple of days of administrative to-and-fro (that doesn't require your attention).

MOVE-OUT DATE
I'm subletting the studio to coincide with the last two months of my tenancy. The moving-out appointment has already been scheduled for 30 April, 15:30. Bear in mind that at that time the flat must be in handover condition, meaning clean and free of any belongings.
I'd like to hire a professional, paid by me, to do the final cleaning. It should take place in the morning of the 30th, or on the 29th.
Because the flat is small I'm afraid this means that it won't be usable for a couple of hours and that your belongings will need to already have been moved out or be mostly packed and not obstructing the cleaning.

You can start moving in your belongings before 01 March, if you'd like to.
