For a contract of 10-23 months, the monthly all-in rent is €732.
For a contract of 24-36 months, the monthly all-in rent is €705 for the first year, and increases by about 2% for the following years.
Deposit is 3 months rent.
I have a contract until the end of September, but I will leave on the 5th of August, so I am looking for a substitute.

The apartment is new and fully furnished. It is on the 6th floor, but there are 2 elevators. It has a small kitchen, but alsa o shared kitchen is available, anda bathroom.

The transport connection is great. The Metro station is 2 minutes away. Metro 6 and 11 are stopping there. You need 10 min by it to be in the city centre. The nearest shop is just across the street. However, there are plenty of restaurants just 10 minutes waka away.
