I am subrenting my wonderful 1-room apartment from 1st May 2018 to end of August 2018. The house is positioned in the inside of a court with a garden shared with the other tenants. The apartment is 1-room, but the presence of Japanese-style panels divide the living space in a useful and nice way. The apartment is composed of a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a large living room. It is partially furnished. It comes with a nice little terrace that looks directly at the inner garden. There is also the possibility to make use of the inner bike parking spot. The neighbours are always nice, quiet and mainly composed by friendly young people.
The total cost (Kaltmiete+Nebenkosten) is 550 euros per month. The deposit is 1000 euros (2 months).
The apartment is situated in the wonderful Bergheim. In this area you can find everything in a walking distance: groceries (Kaufland, Edeka, Aldi, Rewe), the train station (3 minutes walk), many bus/tram stops (from the train station mainly but also from the close Betriebshof) and it is only 5 minutes walk from the Neckarwiese, where you can relax and have fun.
