1-room furnished apartment in the Weststadt, only for students and academics

1 room apartment with a bathroom. It has a kitchenette in the room (see picture) and it is on the first floor. The building has 2 communal washing machines that the tenants can use free of charge, the warm rent (720€/month) includes everything (underfloor heating, water, electricity, internet, waste services). There is also a communal balcony that you can use and there is space to put down your bicycle. The flat comes furnished, but I´ve also bought a few pieces, some of which I would want to leave in the flat for a prize. My furniture includes: chair (I will leave this, free), shelves (2, white, I will leave this, free), white board (I will leave this, free), bench with coat hangers (I will take this), white cart (I will take this) and wardrobe (I want to leave this in the room for a prize of 200€). The furniture that comes with the flat includes: wooden bookcase, sofa bed (in the picture it is in bed state), table, kitchen, wooden shelves in the bathroom.
