Die Wohnung wird in der Zeit vom 13. März 23 bis 13. April 23 frei zur Untervermietung. 1 Einzelbett 90x200cm und 1 Futonbett 120x200cm, Badewanne, Küche und sämtliches Küchenzubehör, großer Bürotisch + 1 Fahrrad.
Ich werde für den Monat weg sein und möchte meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum untervermieten. Eine sehr gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung. In der Nähe des Ingolstädter Nordbahnhofs und der Universität (FH-TU). Sowie zum Theater und Audi. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 8 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Zum Bahnhof sind es 8 Gehminuten, von wo aus Sie Zugang zu allen Buslinien haben. Ein gemütliches Cafe gleich in der nächsten Straße. Und Märkte (Donau City center) ein paar Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
PS. Die Check-in und Check-out Termine der Wohnung sind +- flexibel. Wir können darüber sprechen, um es für beide Seiten bequem zu machen.

I will be away for the month and wish to sublet my apartment for this period. A one bedroom apartment, very cozy. Close to the northern Ingolstadt train station and the University (FH-TU). As well as to the Theater and Audi. Access to the city center with the bicycle within 8 minutes. To the train station it is 8min walk, where you have access to all bus lines. A cozy cafe right on the next street. And markets ( Donau City center) a few minutes bike ride away.PS. The check-in and check-out dates of the apartment are +- flexible.
