The bright and friendly single room apartment has a big 1,40m x 2,00m bed with own bed linen. The apartment also has a small balcony which is perfect for smoking or drying your clothes. Included in the apartment are a TV, a sink, two hotplates and a refrigerator including freezing compartment. You have your own mailbox and an interphone with automatic door opener. To reach the 2nd floor there is a lift in the building. In case you are staying for a longer time, it will be possible to give you acces to a DSL-Wifi-Internet-connection. In that case you will also be able to access the basement with bike racks.
Up to three people can sleep here. In case a third person stays overnight an additional bed will be placed in the room. The price of 22€ per day will increase by 8€ / person.
The neighbourhood is good and consists mostly of students of the Kaiserslautern University or people working in the Fraunhofer Institute.
The friendly and bright room is quietly situated in the center of the city. The apartment is about a three minute walk away from the next bus stop and is about a ten minute walk away from the Kaiserslautern main trainstation. A bakery store and a butcher shop are just around the corner. The beautiful "Kaiserslautern Stadtpark" is about a two minute walk away.
I will not live in the apartment with you, but we can always have good contact in case you have any questions or needs. You can call or text me at any time via whatsapp or SMS. The amount of interaction really depends on the amount of time I have to spare.
The big trashcans for emptying the trash are in the courtyard.
No overly loud noise should be caused to not disturb your very tolerant neighbours.
