1 Room Apartment for DSSG Fellow at RPTU & DFKI, Kaiserslautern with rent between 300-350 euros per month. Stay duration 12th June and 1st September.

I am a Data Science for Social Good Fellow at RPTU and DFKI, Kaiserslautern for Summer School 2023. I have visa supporting letter from DFKI but urgently need a proof of accommodation proof for my German National visa from India. I need a single room/apartment with built in kitchen between 12th June 2023 and 1st September 2023 (3 4 days less won't matter for me in case of monthly/bimonthly renting period) with basic facilities and good internet connectivity. I will prefer apartment which will be located near the technical university and DFKI. I am comfortable to stay with students and have no issues related to only-boys or shared apartments. I have a clean history of staying at hostels and apartments and don't have habits which could potentially disturb any neighbour or the owner. I expect a rent of around 300-400 euros per month, which is negotiable as per the room. I currently am managing all resources in short notice so paying advance will be a major issue for me. I am an undergraduate student here in India so, I will pay right at the stay from my stipend. I can negotiate for certain conditions in case of a good deal.
