Wohnheimzimmer mit eigenem Bad (PAH Studentenwerk)

Ich verlasse mein Wohnheimzimmer, weil mein Erasmus beendet ist. Ich suche einen Mieter, der mein Zimmer ab 1. Juli übernimmt. Es ist möglich, für das nächste Wintersemester (bis Februar 2021) zu bleiben. Der Vertrag wird direkt mit den Studentenwerk geschlossen. Deshalb ist es Voraussetzung, dass du Student/in bist und zurzeit nicht in einem anderen Wohnheim des Studentenwerks wohnst. Ein Immatrikulationsnachweis ist zwingend erforderlich.

Das Professor-Anschütz-Haus liegt direkt zwischen der CAU und der Kieler Einkaufsmeile Holtenauer Straße – eine der beliebtesten Ecken Kiels. Zu Fuß bist du in wenigen Minuten auf dem Campus und hast es auch nicht weit bis zur Mensa I.

Das Wohnheim wurde 2008/2009 komplett saniert. Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß und möbliert. Es verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Küche wird auf einer Etage mit anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt. Perfekt für jemanden, der sowohl mal seine Privatsphäre haben möchte, aber auch mal beim Essen mit anderen in Kontakt treten will.
Im Wohnheim gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner sowie Gemeinschaftsräume. Parkplätze können angemietet werden.

I am leaving my dorm room because my Erasmus has ended. I am looking for a tenant who will take over my room from July 1st. It is possible to stay for the next winter semester (until February 2021). The contract is concluded directly with the Studentenwerk. It is therefore a prerequisite that you are a student and do not currently live in another dormitory of the Studentenwerk. Proof of enrollment is mandatory.

The Professor Anschütz house is located directly between the CAU and the Kiel shopping street Holtenauer Straße - one of the most popular corners of Kiel. You can be on campus in a few minutes on foot and not far from canteen I.

The dorm was completely renovated in 2008/2009. The room is 18 m² and furnished. It has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is shared with other residents on one floor. Perfect for someone who both wants to have their privacy, but also wants to get in touch with others while eating.
In the dorm there are washing machines and dryers as well as common rooms. Parking spaces can be rented.
