we are offering a small, single apartment in the basement of our house from on 01.03.2024(unfortunately not earlier). As my son also studied at HSRW, we know about the limited offers of single apartments in Kleve. So we renovated our basement and built a small apartment of 26 m2 in it with one main room/ bedroom, own kitchen and own bathroom. There are no other renters and you don't have to share the bath or kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and even has amenities like a TV, free WiFi and a coffee machine. The apartment has full privacy and a separate entrance. For smoking you can use the garden. The price of 390,- per month (295+ 95) covers all costs (rent, water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi). My son, a former student at HSRW, can tell you a lot about the student life in Kleve. Let's call it a carefree-package.

We are searching for a clean and quite person. These are the most important criteria as I am most of the day at work. Smoking in the apartment and pets are not allowed. I speak German and Dutch but also limited English. It would be no problem to come and have a look at the apartment. After agreeing on renting the apartment, we would sign a proper rental contract with you (English and German). Once we both signed it, the Deposit has to be paid.
