Kleine, helle, gemütliche Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete (temporary rental only!) | 01.05.-20.05.2024

Wir vermieten während eines Urlaubs unsere kleine, helle und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Köln-Mülheim. Sie ist NUR vom 01.05.. bis 20.05. verfügbar. Die Wohnung hat zwei helle Zimmer, einen kleinen Flur und ein Bad mit Wanne. In der Küche befindet sich ein Gästeschlafsofa für eine Person. Das zweite vereint Arbeitszimmer (großer Schreibtisch), Schlafzimmer (1,40 Bett) und eine Sitzecke (Nachmittagssonne auch im Winter). Wir machen ein wenig Platz in Kleiderschrank und Regalen. Zur Miete käme nur noch eine Pflanzen-Gieß-Bitte dazu.

Die Wohnung ist für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet. Sie ist leider zu klein und zu voll für kleine Kinder!

Bitte schreibt ein paar Zeilen zu euch und eurer Situation und warum ihr euch für die Zwischenmiete für den kurzen Zeitraum interessiert. Copy-Paste-Anfragen, die nicht auf den Umstand der Zwischenmiete eingehen müssen wir leider auch ignorieren.

We rent our small, bright and lovingly furnished flat in Cologne-Mülheim duringour holidays. It is ONLY available from 01.05.. to 20.05.. The flat has two bright rooms, a small hallway and a bathroom with a tub. In the kitchen, there is a guest sofa bed for one person. The second room combines the bedroom (1.40 bed) and living room with a sitting area (afternoon sun even in winter) and a large desk. We will clear some space in the wardrobe and shelves. Only a plant watering request would be added to the rent. :)

The flat is suitable for one person or a couple. It is too small for children!
