Anmeldung is possible. I have been staying in this apartment for almost 2 years and now I am looking for someone to take over the contract as I am moving out with some friends. The apartment has a bathroom w/ shower, as well as a small kitchenette w/ mini fridge, hot plate, and pots, cutlery, etc. The apartment IS furnished with table, chair, shelves, wardrobe, and bed. I would be able to also hand over a few furnitures, namely a shoe rack, spice rack and my study desk, this can be negotiated. Shared laundry and dryer are located in the basement. The apartment comes with a separate storage area in the building.
Must be a student, nonsmoker, no pets, with proof of income/ability to pay rent. Parental guarantee is also possible if other proof is unavailable.
Nebenkost (additional costs) includes heating, water, and electricity. Internet is not included in the Utility Costs, so it is usually arranged by the tenant. If you prefer, I can pass over my internet contract.
The apartment is in Ehrenfeld/Neueehrenfeld. Public transport wise, it is quite convenient close to many train stations, the closest U-Bahn stations are Liebigstrasse (Line 5) and Nußbaumerstr (Lines 13,5). Bahnhofs Ehrenfeld and Nippes are both walking distance. There is a REWE grocery store nearby and Ehrenfeld main street is not far away as well. All in all, everything is around 8 to 10 mins walk. Oh there is also a nice cafe opposite the street where I sometimes get breakfast.
International students are welcomed! You can contact me via wg-gesucht (we can also move over to WhatsApp if preferred), English language preferred (because I am somewhat uncomfortable and self-conscious about my German)
PS: As of current, the bathroom is under a bit of renovation (which is why I haven't been able to upload a photo, and also why there is a dust screen on the picture with the kitchen), The bathroom is still functional nevertheless, no confirmation yet as to when it will be done, but hopefully the renovation would be done by the move in day of April.
