The apartment for rent is 27m² and fully equipped with a bed, desk, chairs, a small chest of drawers and a large closet, wash machine and small kitchen niche.

Centrally located in the Nippes, a friendly and lively neighborhood also the main train station, can be reached in a few minutes on foot (12min).
The apartment is Extremely well connected to the other parts of the city, you will find lines 18, 16, 15 and 12 in the immediate vicinity (6min). S bahn 12,19 is also only 8 min walk away.

You will also get a small basement storage area, which is very useful for putting unused things away.
Bicycles can be stored in the basement and parking spaces are also available with a resident parking permit and a little patience.

The owner of the apartment only wants a working professional with a good Schufa (jetzt beantragen) score. So apply only if you fullfil this criteria. Also, the furniture and the flooring needs to be taken over from me, if you are willing then we can discuss the price.
