Kleine Wohnung in super Lage für Zwischenmiete

The apartment is really tiny. But still, there is enough space for everything :)

In addition, there is also a small second level in the room, on which you can unfortunately not sleep, but which still offers some storage space. However, the price is very okay by Cologne standards, and by the high ceiling and the large window, the apartment also does not seem to constrict.

The location is really really good. The apartment is located directly on Zülpicher Straße, but to the backyard, so even with an open window, you can hear at most a few birds, which is quite nice. It is really close to the university too.

There is no washing machine in the building, but the laundromat is only 5 minutes away. Internet is also not available.

PS: The apartment can be taken over after March (i can recommend you to the tenant), if you are interested please let me know. Only one condition is that I dont want to really take any furniture from the apartment since im completely moving out of the city. I would therefore like to pass on all the furniture (including the little electrical oven, kitchen, bed and mattress). As some of the items are no more than 6 months old and I have also taken over some of them from my previous tenant, I would like a total of €500 for them. Please let me know if you are interested and if you would like to take over the apartment under these conditions. Thanks in advance and looking forward to getting to know you :) I will reply to all messages on the first weekend of December.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich winzig. Es ist aber trotzdem genug Platz für alles da :)

Außerdem gibt es auch im Zimmer eine kleine zweite Ebene, auf der man zwar leider nicht schlafen kann, die aber noch etwas Stauraum bietet. Der Preis ist aber für Kölner Verhältnisse sehr okay (475 € Warmmiete) und durch die hohe Decke und das große Fenster wirkt die Wohnunh auch nicht einengend.

Eine Waschmachine gibt es nicht im Haus, der Waschsalon ist aber nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Internet ist leider auch nicht verfügbar.

PS: Die Wohnung kann nach März übernommen werden (ich kann Sie dem Mieter empfehlen), wenn Sie interessiert sind, lassen Sie es mich wissen. Einzige Voraussetzung ist, dass ich nicht wirklich Möbel aus der Wohnung mitnehmen möchte, da ich komplett aus der Stadt wegziehe. Ich würde daher gerne alle Möbel (inklusive des kleinen Elektroherdes, der Küche, des Bettes und der Matratze) weitergeben. Da einige der Sachen nicht älter als 6 Monate sind und ich auch einige davon von meinem Vormieter übernommen habe, hätte ich gerne insgesamt 500 € dafür. Bitte lassen Sie mich wissen, ob Sie Interesse haben und die Wohnung zu diesen Konditionen übernehmen möchten.
