nice 1room apartment, city center

i am renting my nice 1-room apartment once a while, because I used to stay most of the time in my boyfriends house. So the apartment is perfectly located in the heart of cologne.
In my opinion, this is the best neighbourhood in Cologne, because it is right at the Zülpicher Str., where you can find many little restaurants, bars pubs and shops.
Furthermore you need only one minute by foot to the next train station where national trains leave as well as the Cologne tram kvb.

The apartment is fully furnished and very cosy. You get a big bed (two matresses, so it is 2m x 2m). There is a couch that can be increased to a double bed. Additionally, I got another double mattress for guests. So I can host up to 5 people but it is then not much space left. You should be close friends or family though. the price change if you come with more persons.

The room contains a fully equiped kitchen with fridge and stove. You have many extra kitchen tools as microwave, oven, a great coffemachine. To enjoy the meal comfortably you can relax on the sofa with the a couch table. It is easily space to sit there for five persons or even more if you take some chairs.

Furthermore the room has its own shower, therefore I want to advice to open the window while showering. You can do a big curtain through the room. That way there is enough space to change clothes and so one behind the curtain even if other peoople are in the room (have a look to the fotos)

Furthermore you have of course a few cupboards to store yours stuff as well as a desk.

There is Internet and a washing machine.

The toilet is in the hall, which you are going to share with a few floor mates.It is up to you if you wanne get in touch with the students living on the same floor. they are all really nice.

In general, the whole apartment is very tidy and cosy. So I expect that you to mot leave it messy neither. I have carpet, therefore I want to ask you to take off your shoes before entering.

I can provide blankets for the bed for two persons.
