Hi, I'm Sonia, me and my husband will be on vacation on April, so we would like to sublet our 1.5 room flat for the whole month (April), is located in a peaceful neigborhood in Gohlis Süd, is 8 minutes away from the city center by tram and is close to the zoopark 7 minutes walk, the tram stop is 3 min away by walking (line 4 and 12). The flat has all the basics, the kitchen is separated from the living room and there is a balkon where you can take a rest now that the weather is bit warm. The flat is good for a single person or couples are also welcome, however we would like no smokers (sorry). If you are interested leave me a message and I´ll write you back as soon as I can. We can arrange an appointment by the end of the week, preferably friday after 5 or during the weekend.
