Ich suche einen Nachmieter fur meine 39qm Einzimmerwohnung mit großen, hellen Wohnbereich und seperater Küche in ruhiger Lage in Lindenau nahe Park und Kanal. Die Wohnung ist renoviert. Ab den 1.04.2021. Danach ware es auch nach Absprache moglich. Da ich Leipzig verlasse, brauche ich fur meine Wohnung eine Nachmieter. Also kein WG Zimmer zum vermieten, sondern Wohnung mit eigenen Mietvertrag. Deshalb ist die Wohnung auch unmöbliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, da sie in der 3.Etage ist. Die Nachbarn und Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und angenehm.
Hier bist du 1min entfernt vom Park und 7min entfernt vom Kanal zu Fuß. Dieser Stadtteil hat viel an schonen Laden, netten Cafes und Kultur zu bieten. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15min. Mit der Straßenbahn und zum See sind es auch nur 25min. Das Bad hat Dusche und Fenster.

Ich spreche ein bischen deutsch, gutes Englisch, sonst auch gerne polnisch.
