I am leaving my flat in Plagwitz (close to Karl Heine) and the person who was supposed to take over canceled last minute, so i am looking for somebody to move in from 01.03.

The flat is 35 square meters, perfect for 1 person. It comes unfurnished but with a built-in kitchen (includes a fridge and an oven too). It’s on the ground floor but in the Innenhof so your windows face the courtyard, not the street, and because of that its also rather quiet even though its very close to Karl Heine street.

The rent is 425 euro warm, deposit is 975 euro. As it is common, the warm rent doesn’t include the electricity and internet, which you have to set up yourself.
The agency/ landlord ask for the proof of last 3 months of income or, if you’re a student, for a guarantor form signed by a relative/friend who can vouch for you. Please only contact me if you can show either of these, as I don’t make the rules nor the decision. The minimum rent is 1 year.

I am selling some of my furniture which you could take over if interested: table, wardrobe, washing machine and maybe couch.

The added bonus of the flat is that it comes woth lovey neighbors with which you might even become friends and barbecue together in the courtyard.
