- The total rent is 500€ (WLAN (30€) and Electricity (40€) are excluded but easy to arrange). 📶🔌

- The Kaution is 1250€ but can be covered by a Kautionversicherung (About 47€/Year) - I can assist you with that. 💰

- The flat is fully furnished, just get the keys and you have everything you need. 🏠

- There's the entrance (with big storage space above the door)
- the kitchenette (Fridge & freezer + Electric stove with 2 burners + Sink)
- open on the living/sleeping room with a double bed, clothes wardrobe, 2 commodes and Smart TV, 2 Tables, 2 Chairs & a Sofa. The flat has 2 big windows to the innerhof, one of them gives access to a small "balcony" where you can dry your clothes or have some plants.
- then the bathroom with a toilet, big mirror and a shower.

I have some items I want to sell for a max.of 100€ (Curtains, rollos, Mirror, & more). 🫴

- Viewing the apartment is possible from the 24.04 & in case of a qualified profile with high interest an earlier date could be arranged. The pictures are recent and reflect the exact state of the flat. 👀

- There's no Elevator or Keller, other than that the flat is really great and the neighbours are nice, my landlord is kind and responsive. 😇
