This apartment is part of a beautiful small house close to the centre. It belongs to an architect who is restoring it with a lot of love. It has plenty of windows both to the east and west which gives it a bright and open feeling the whole day.
The bedroom is cosy. It has a balcony with the evening sun and a view into a green area. It is very quiet.
The main room which I use as an art studio and for working is very spacious and offers room to move and think. It's perfect for studying or home office
The kitchen is quite small but is has everything one needs. A small bath with a bathtub is also available.
I have a close relationship to my neighbours, and am allowed to use their washing machine and internet. The rest of the neighbours are also really nice and we have a friendly and respectful relationship, trying to make sure everyone feels comfortable now that we are so stuck at home all day.
The apartment is 10 minutes by foot from the central station. There is the Lene Vogt Park and Rabet, another park, closeby. Rewe and Netto are less than 5 minutes walks away, and ALDI a 5 minutes bike ride. It is a rather quiet and not so busy neighbourhood, but the centre and more busy hubbs are just 10 minutes away.
There is an option to stay longer or even that I might move out entirely – let's speak if you need the apartment for a longer period.
