I wish to transfer my booking in Live 1, the best London Student Accommodation, in London E1 immediately or in the beginning of January (I'm flexible), because I have to move to another location. I was very satisfied with my stay there and can recommend it completely.
It is a "classic studio" (for a full description see/ search for Assam Place).
The booking is until 29/06/2014, but can be extended until end of August or even for the complete next academic year on demand at the accommodation administration.
269 pound per week and 4 week deposit (1076 pound).
Wonderful view to the City.
Payment schedule: Rent has to be paid in one instalment for the period January - June on 24/01/2014 (6994 pound) and the remainder for the time from moving in to 24/01/2014 with the deposit (1076 pound) on the day when moving in.
Everything is included (including very fast broadband, gym in the 17th floor with amazing view, library, spinning room, community rooms, room with washing machines).
No other fees.
Situation is next to tube stations Aldgate East and Algate. Liverpool Street Station is a 7min walk away.
It's for students only (but they didn't require a proof of immatriculation from me, so students who are currently doing an internship in London are eligible as well).
