We would like to downgrade and are looking for either a large room in a flatshare (max. 700 incl.) or a studio (max. 800 incl.) in Hackney, Clapton or Islington.
We're a 28 and 33 years old couple, working full time as designer/ building bikes.
In return we have a beautiful and large one bed flat to offer. It's on a quiet, sunny street next to Hackney Downs park and has wooden floors, nice, partly danish design furniture, a completely new bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen. It's a two storey in a victorian house with large sash windows and it's facing a garden. It's ideal for a couple as you have to go through the living room to get to the kitchen.
Rent is 280 a week which comes to approx. 1300 a month including all bills (council tax, gas, electricity).
