Single Room Binger Schlag

Hello everybody!

I would like to rent my single apartment in Binger Schlag.
The room has its own kitchen and toilette with a shower.
The room is situated in the 4th floor and it is already furnished. The window shows the yard of the building so it means that it is not noisy and you can study or rest properly.
The building is the new one and it has the lift.
Public transport are just 4 minutes far from the room ( Haupbahnhof West ) but if you walk a little more you can reach the main station of the city ( Haupbahnhof ).
The location is perfect, this is the only " Studentenwohnheim/Dormitory" in Mainz that is situated not far from the center of the city.
Shops and Supermarkets ( Aldi, Rewe etc.) are all around the main station and you can find the most expensive one or the less expensive one: it depens on what you look for.

P.s. I would like also to sell ( for a very small price ) some stuff that I can not bring back with me ( kitchen and bath furniture and a pillow ). It would be helpful for you to find already the stuff that you need here!
