my name is tal. im a ballet dancer whos working in mainz,
my german is not that good, so i hope its ok im writing here in english.
im looking for a person who will move in from the 1th of june (for coupls it might be good as well)
its a beatiful studio apartment, very lighted and open in a great location - up the hill from schillerplatz.
buses and tram are 5 min away by walk. main station is 15 min by walk.
there are some resterants,bars and caffe around which are very nice, and supermarket (netto) 2 min away from the flat.
bathroom and kitchen are sperate from the roon and there is a small balcony.
the landlord is a very nice and friendy person.
