Hi! I am a PhD researcher moving to Mainz and am looking for a comfortable 1-room flat for long-term accommodation. I am a quiet, clean, responsible, and non-smoking person who values a peaceful and tidy living environment. I will be working full-time at the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry and have a stable monthly income.
I am looking for a furnished or partly furnished apartment, preferably with good public transport connections to the institute and the city centre. I take good care of the place I live in and am respectful of neighbours and house rules. I am friendly and easy-going, but I also appreciate privacy and a calm atmosphere after work.
