The apartment is very large (46 qm), fully-furnished with a balcony looking to the west. The apartment is located in the Neckarstadt near the Neuer Messplatz tram stop. It is on the 3rd floor of the old renovated building with high ceilings. I would give the priority to those tenants that would take over (most) of the funiture that includes a double bed, a big glass desk, chairs and a night table as well as a big closet. You will also have access to the cable TV (not TV set available though). There will also be enough of storage place for your things. The bathroom is with the shower cabin, washing machine is also in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, an oven.
It is very easy to get to the city center by tram (Neuer Messplatz tram stop is just 2 min away), line 1 and 3 which will take you 8 min to Paradeplatz and 12 min to the University. The neighborhood is quiet even though the house is right at the big street. There is a Penny market just downstairs and there are a few of other supermarkets along the street.
Although I bought the furniture at a lot higher price, I would ask for about 300 EUR for all of the furniture including certain home appliances such as hoover, toaster etc. The landlord is is going to increase the price but it will be at least 400 EUR including utilities. The exact price will be known soon.
I am currently with Energis as my electricity supplier and Vodafone as Internet. You could take over my Internet contract.
