This is a studio flat right by the Karlsfeld S-Bahn station. The rent with all extra costs (internet, water, electricity, heating) is 800 euros, plus a 200 euro deposit that will be returned after the rental period. There is a parking space reserved in an underground garage below the building. Also, there is a storage space in the basement.
The flat is currently furnished (new bed, standing desk, two dressers, little sofa, little bookcase), and I have a new washing machine in the basement. The separate kitchen (off to the left in the picture) has plates, flatware, pots and pans, etc. However, I can remove all my belongings if you prefer.
The flat will also likely be available after the first week of September, but the plumbing first needs to be fixed in the first week of September before someone can move in.
The flat is less than a five-minute walk from the Karlsfeld S-Bahn station, on the S2 line. Karlsfeld is on the eastern edge of Zone M, so you can purchase the least expensive MVV ticket. This neighbourhood is basically in the suburbs.
It is also less than a five-minute walk from a nature reserve, which is a nice place to walk around during the lockdown, and an Edeka.
