I am traveling for the next two months and would like to sublet my apartment for the period of May 27 to July 28 (when I return). It is fully furnished, and I will be leaving some of my belongings there, and will arrange a meeting with you every few weeks to collect any mail that may come. The apartment has three big south-facing windows, so it is very sunny and warm. There is a queen-sized bed, a couch, a few bookshelves, a kitchen table, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Unfortunately there is no cellar, courtyard, or balcony. The apartment consists of one big room with a hallway sized kitchen, and separate bathroom with bathtub. The door is too narrow for a wheelchair but there is an elevator in the building.
The apartment is located between Marienplatz and Isartor, so it could not be more centrally located within the old city. The station for Isartor is about 50m from the front door and connects directly to the airport and the main train station. Within five minutes walk are Marienplatz, the Viktualienmarkt, grocery stores, bakeries, and pharmacies. Ten to fifteen minutes walk away are the Deutsches Museum, Odeonsplatz, the English Gardens, tram lines, and Sendlinger Tor.
Since I'm not officially moving out, that this would be as unofficial as Airbnb and I would be looking for someone who doesn't need to register the address with the KVR. I'm looking for a tenant who has another address in Germany to be registered at and have mail sent to.
