LEHEL: 1-Zimmer Wohnung zu vermieten / Möbliert

Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Lehel möbliert unter. Die Wohnung hat folgende Merkmale:
- Balkon zum Innenhof mit Mittagssonne
- 1 Zimmer mit Küchenzeile
- Küche mit Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Dunstabzugshaube (ohne Ofen und ohne Spülmaschine)
- Badezimmer mit 2 großen Fenstern und Dusch-Badewanne
- Flur mit großem Kleiderschrank und Spiegeln inkl. Schuhschrank und Garderobe
- Möbel: Doppelbett, Tisch + Stühle, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Badezimmerschränke
- Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschküche (Trockner + Waschmaschine). Eine normale Wäsche kostet 1€ und eine kleine Maschine kostet 50 Cent.
- 1 Keller Abteil

Die Wohnung wird möbliert untervermietet und wurde im Jahr 2018 saniert.

Die Kosten beinhalten Miete + WLAN + GEZ + Strom etc.

Es ist auch möglich einen Bewohnerparkausweis zu beantragen, um kostenlos im Stadtteil Lehel zu parken. Am Haus befindet sich ein Fahrradstellplatz, welcher abgeschlossen ist.

I am searching for somebody for my 1-room apartment in Lehel which will be sublet furnished. The apartment has the following features:
- Balcony to the inner courtyard with midday sun (very quiet)
- 1 room with kitchenette
- Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and extractor hood (no oven and no dishwasher)
- Bathroom with 2 large windows and shower bathtub
- Hallway with large wardrobe and mirrors including shoe cabinet and cloakroom
- Furniture: double bed, table + chairs, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookcase, bathroom cabinets
- In the basement there is a laundry room (dryer + washing machine). A normal wash costs € 1 and a small machine costs 50 cents.
- 1 cellar compartment

The apartment is sublet furnished and was renovated in 2018.

The costs include rent + WiFi + GEZ + electricity etc.

It is also possible to apply for a resident parking permit in order to park for free in the Lehel district. There is a bicycle parking space at the house, which is locked.
