Hi Everybody!
I am renting my cosy apartment SPONTANIOSLY LAST MINUTE! It is very great located to the oktoberfest, available during Oktoberfest from Sept. 26th until the end of Oktoberfest (dates flexible)!!! So in total 7 nights/8 days available!
Location: Central Haidhausen, Preysingstr. (very close to Max-Weber-Platz). Just around the corner you find Trams and Ubahn. which go STRAIGHT to the Oktoberfest!!! The Ubahn U5 is just a 5 min walk from the apartment, which takes you in 5 minutes to Oktoberfest! The area is residential, just next to the apartment there are very nice restaurants and cafes located. The neighbourhood is for youngsters, and is known as the cool, creative area of munich. Its a very nice area so you will be able to get away from the crowds after your Oktoberfest visit :)
Details about the apartment:
The apartment is approx. 33 sqm with hardwood floors and suitable for 2-3 people. Its a small and cosy apparment in the 1st floor, in the oldest street of Munich. There are 3 sngle matresses, clean, put on the floor in the living room. Linens and Towels will be provided . In the kitchen you haveis lightly stocked with the basics. Wifi is included. The apartment is very lightly furnished as we are into between moving therefore lots of space for you. This is a private quiet building therefore you have to be reasonably quiet and behave respectful for the neighbours, absolutely no groups of rowdy guys please!

Price: 85 euros pp per night for 2-3 people (minimum 5 night stay)/ Two people only are also welcome 160 euros per night (minimum 4 night stay)
To secure the apartment a 50% non-refundable deposit in cash will be requested the day you will get the keys. To make sure that you will hand over the apartment not damaged and in the same constitution you got it, I am asking for a 50% deposit, you will get back, when you leave and hand me over the keys.
