The apartment is located in the heart of Munich city, well connected by public transport. The nearest U-Bahn station is only 2-3 min walk away (Kreillerstrasse stop on the U2 line). Grocery markets are also at a walking distance and Munich Central Station is only 20 min by U-Bahn. Tram and bus stops are also very close. TUM and LMU can be reached within 20-25 minutes.
The apartment is well furnished with its spacious and fully equipped kitchen, big refrigerator, microwave oven, baking oven, electric stoves, and utensils that you may use. There is a private bathroom with a bath tub that will be shared between you and the other person sharing the apartment. There is also a nice large balcony where you can smoke or just have a cup of tea with the beautiful back view. There is a spacious bed and a sofa bed to sleep on. The guy you will be living with is a nice Pakistani guy who works full time and is out for work most of the day so the apartment will be all yours most of the time. I am currently living with him and I am subletting my place for rent to someone who is in urgent need of accommodation (most preferably student or working people). Note that city registration is not possible unfortunately.
The monthly warm rent is 500 euros which includes high speed Wi-Fi as well. The apartment is also available to view in person with prior notice. We are looking for a clean and responsible guy who can pay the rent on time and will take care of the apartment like his own.
