Hi all,
I have an apartment which could be rented since 01.08.2009 to 01.04.2010. I will go abroad for eight months, it thus needs someone to take care.It is highly possible to take over the apartment from me since 01.04.2010.

It is 27 square meter, on the 3rd floor. Ample sunshine could bring the room light on nicely. The building is fairly new, and surrounded by a deep yard, where you can BBQ, play table tennis, swing, or simply read, enjoy the sunshine. It is quiet, cozy.
There are individual bathroom and kitchen (with refrigerator, hearth and oven).Plus, the price 495 Euros covers internet, telephone, heating and current. It is fully decorated, with timber floor. All the furniture (bed, mattress, writing desk, bookshelf, locker, shoe rack) will stay inside.
Washing machine stands in the basement. It costs 50 cents per time for washing, another 50 cents for drying. Underground parking garage is also available. There is a SWM swimming pool nearby, just 5 min walk.

For Cafe, bars, restaurant, one can walk only for 5 min. Also, the U4, bus 100(across the central city, Uni.), bus 54 (to Muenchener Freiheit, Ostbahnhof) station "Prinzregentenplatz" can reach on foot, for atmost 4 min.

For walking,jogging,gathering with friends, Isar river and English Garden are nearby, only atmost 10 min walking, or 2-bus-stations away.

The apartment could also be rented from 01.08.2009 till any time before 01.04.2010. The longer rent duration,the better.
