Grosses 2 Zi-Loft zur Nutzung, wenn ich im Ausland bin

Ich suche eine/n Mieter/in, der/die sich um die Wohnung kümmert, wenn ich paar Wochen im Ausland bin.
(Post nachschauen, etc) Die Zeit in der ich vor Ort bin, gibt es eine Auszieh-Couch im Nebenbereich in der Wohnung und man müsste sich die Wohnung teilen.

Momentan bin ich immer mehrere Wochen im Ausland am Stück, da ich dort ein Immobilien Projekt habe.

Dies ist ein ernst gemeintes Inserat. Mir ist wichtig, das die Wohung sauber gehalten wird und mir die Post zuverlässig mitgeteilt wird, wenn ich im Ausland bin. Ich verlange einen fairen Preis, erwarte dafür aber auch 100% Zuverlässigkeit.

The wide open spacious loft is located in one of the most popular areas in Munich - in Old-Bogenhausen.

The loft is on the top floor of the house and needs the room of 3rd and 4th floor.

In 2 min walk you are at the famous "Käfer Shop" or also on the river "Isar" where you can have a walk in the centre in some minutes. The Metro is as well only 3 min away.

The interior of the appartment is high standard, you sit on real leather couches with cosy blankets and a warm chimney to feel comfortable your whole stay.

The entertainment system is also fully equipped - you have access to 5.1 dolby surround system connected to a 50" Samsung Smart TV with a full Internet browser and Samsung Apps.

One of the best things of the appartment is the roof terrace. Even if there is only 5-7 degrees you can enjoy the sun and lay there with a blanket. It's fully wind protected from the top and on the side.
The sun is there all day from morning to evening.
