Due to work related reasons I left Munich and freed my flat since beginning of January.
The rent is 900 EUR (cold) + 130 EUR (ancillary costs) + 40 EUR (internet).

The flat is situated in a very quiet area in Bogenhausen, but at the same time with very good reach to supermarkets, Einstein center, the tram to Pasing and Berg am Laim (4 mins by foot), and the U4 and U5 (Theresienwiese & Arabellapark lines - ~7mins by foot).
There is Rewe, Edeka, a Pizzeria just 1 min outside the building and an Apotheke also 1 min outside the building.

For the flat itself, it has:
- a quite spacious balcony where you can put a table and chairs
- a sofa bed
- a TV
- a dishwasher, shower, fridge, cupboards, schranks, etc.
- a table and a chair for working
- a table and 2 chairs for dining

The laundry room is downstairs and costs 3 EUR per wash.

Overall it is very quiet and ideal if you are 1 person and working. I personally was doing home office everyday.

The landlord requires that your net income (after tax) is at least 2500 EUR per month.

Also, the flat is rented to one person only. So no couples or the likes.
